Project: BG-RRP-1.024-0165-C01 – Digital Club Haskovo – “From Skills to Success”
On 28 October 2025, the implementation of the project “Digital Club Haskovo – ‘From Skills to Success’” officially started under Contract No. BG-RRP-1.024-0165-C01/28.10.2025. The project is funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria, Component “Education and Skills,” Investment C1.I3 “Provision of digital skills training and creation of an adult learning platform,” under Procedure BG-RRP-1.024 “Establishment of a Network of Digital Clubs.”
The project aims to establish and operate a Digital Club in the city of Haskovo as an accessible space for support, consultation, and encouragement of digital skills development among vulnerable groups.

Funding: The project is funded by the European Union through the Recovery and Resilience Facility under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria, NextGenerationEU.
Project objective: The main objective of the project is to create a sustainable environment for access to digital technologies and to support the improvement of digital literacy among citizens in the Haskovo region. Through the establishment and equipping of a Digital Club, opportunities will be provided for self-directed learning, consultations, and assistance in using electronic services, online platforms, and modern digital tools.
Within the framework of the project, activities will include the creation and equipment of the digital club space, provision of technical infrastructure, internet access and specialized software, as well as the delivery of information and consulting support to visitors.
Project duration: 8 months – 28.10.2025 – 30.06.2026
Period of sustainability: 1 year - 1.07.2026 - 1.07.2027
