Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry Opens Digital Club – Haskovo




On January 30, 2026, the Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry officially opened Digital Club – Haskovo, which is part of a national network of nearly 1,000 digital clubs across the country.
The Digital Club has been established with funding under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) and aims to enhance digital skills, access to training, and social inclusion, with priority given to disadvantaged individuals.
What is Digital Club – Haskovo?
The Digital Club is an innovative training and social center designed for everyone who wishes to develop their digital skills. Special attention is given to:
- Individuals with limited access to equipment and the internet;
- Elderly people;
- Representatives of vulnerable groups;
- Unemployed individuals and job seekers;
- Anyone who wants to take their first steps in the digital environment.
What does the club offer?
Visitors to Digital Club – Haskovo can benefit from:
- Free access to computers and the internet;
- Access to online training and courses for basic and advanced digital skills;
- Training in computer, internet, and email use;
- Assistance in using electronic administrative and public services;
- Individual and group mentoring support;
- Access to opportunities to improve qualifications and professional skills.
The club provides a safe, friendly, and supportive environment that encourages learning, development, and social inclusion.
Mission
The mission of Digital Club – Haskovo is to create sustainable conditions for the inclusion of vulnerable groups in the digital environment through support and access to modern technologies.
