On 3rd of October 2011, in Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s hall, second partnership working meeting on project Market Control under contract № B1.33.04 from 14.03.2011 was held.

The meeting was opened by Mr Yancho Yanev – President of HCCI Management Board, who welcomed the leading project partner representatives – Greek international business association (SEVE) and the other partner organizations – Greek standardization organization in Thessaloniki and Professional and Handicraft Chamber of Rodopi, Greece.

The executive vice-president of SEVE – Mr Anastasios Aleksandridis, made a brief introduction on project development until now, in accordance with the Action plan. Every each of the partners reported the work, carried out until now, under taken particular activities engagements.

Types of procedures for selection of external executors for particular activities were discussed. The participant of the meeting mentioned the specifics in the tender procedures in Bulgarian and Greek legislation. The technical specifications and their conduction deadlines were reconciled.

Action plan with next three months schedule was introduced and the deadlines on progress reports’ submission of each partner for the second quarter were discussed. The informational material look and content, which will be printed on three languages and spread during all project initiatives, were discussed. Dates and towns were set (Orestiada, Komotini and Haskovo), where first 4 info days in the middle of December 2011 will be held.

The participants of the meeting set out a date for a final conference, which will be held at the beginning of September 2012 in Haskovo and that will match the town’s festivity celebrations.
