On 19th of April 2012 in Greece, in Professional and handicraft chamber of Rodopi’s building, extraordinary partnership working meeting on project “Market Control, under agreement № B1.33.04 from 14.03.2011, was held.

The meeting was opened by the president of the Chamber – Argiris Argiropoulos, who welcomed the representatives of the leading partner – Greek international business association (SEVE) and the other partnership organizations – Greek standardization organization in Thessaloniki and Haskovo Chamber of commerce and Industry.

The executive vice-president of SEVE – Mr Anastasios Aleksandridis briefly presented the project’s development since the second meeting until this moment, and an analysis of the achieved results in the last annual quarter (January – March 2012)

Representatives of the executive company on the activities on information and publicity by the side of the leading organization SEVE – Artion Ltd were presented. Variety of project graphical marks – logo, info package, brochure and website were presented. The participants discussed the suggestions and chose the informational carriers with consensus.

The partners discussed the required change in the action plan and the particular measures for the planned activities implementation. The development of procedures for selection of executors on the each of the working packages of every project participant was discussed. The leading organization suggested extension of the project contract with 2 months, because of the occurred delays in the conduction and affirmation of the tender procedures in both countries, which extension was accepted by all participants.

The forthcoming engagements of each partner in the next accounting period were discussed during the meeting. Dates for conduction of informational days in Greece and Bulgaria and the planned international conferences in both countries were discussed and negotiated. The partnership organizations approved the suggested new activities schedule, the expected results, and the engagements of each organization.
