On 11 January 2016 the president of Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI), Yancho Yanev met with the Mayor of Alexandroupoli Municipality, Vagelis Lambakis and with the President of the Evros Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Christodoulos Topsidis. The partnerships on the Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020 Cooperation Programme, as well as the possibilities for attracting investments in the cross-border region were discussed during the meetings in the town of Alexandroupoli, Greece.
