Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Tripoli and North Lebanon

On 9 of April 2019 Mr. Yancho Yanev – Chairman of Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) and Mr. Toufic Dabbousi – Chairman of Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Tripoli and North Lebanon signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the two chambers.

The signing ceremony took place in Beirut, Lebanon during a bilateral business forum with more than 100 representatives of the business community of both countries. The event was officially opened by President Radev, Mr Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari - Minister of Commerce and Industry of the State of Qatar, Mr. Alexander Manolev - Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Bulgaria and Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim al-Thani.

The Memorandum between the two Chambers is set to be partners for the exchange of business-related information, investment opportunities and measures taken by each country to promote business cooperation. HCCI and Tripoli Chamber of Commerce will cooperate in organizing events for their members, such as exchanging visits of entrepreneurs, organizing their participation in business forums and seminars, trade fairs, exhibitions and other promotional activities.

Chairman of Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Yancho Yanev, visited Lebanon and Qatar as a part of the Bulgarian delegation from 09-12 April during the official visit of President Rumen Radev to the both countries.
